Divorce

Divorce is a difficult, painful experience.  At this trying time in your life you need an experienced family law attorney. As a board certified family law attorney with decades of experience, I can provide the guidance and judgment necessary to see you through your divorce.

Not every divorce requires litigation.  I am prepared to assist you with all methods of informal settlement in Texas.  By avoiding the courtroom, you can save money and achieve a more harmonious outcome for your family.

Settlement is not always possible, unfortunately.  Violence, addiction, and dishonesty often make litigation necessary.  My clients trust me to protect their rights.  I have been successful in seeking every kind of relief available to a divorcing spouse.  I will fight for sole custody, child support, supervised visitation, and even protective orders when my clients, their finances, or their children are at risk.

Few in Lubbock compare with my experience.  Only a handful of other attorneys have acquired Family Law Board Certification.  Despite this rare level of experience, my prices are some of the most competitive.  When you call me I will quickly and honestly evaluate your case.  You are getting the best with McNamara Law.  Your time and your goals come first.  Call me today for a consultation.

What Clients Say

  • I’m not sure how Bill ranks in expense vs. other lawyers. Divorce is expensive, but it pays to have the best on your side. Bill and his staff took very good care of my needs and I got the result I wanted. He is honest and will tell you the hard truth about your situation. Never the less he will fight hard for you in court. He is very organized and comes fully prepared to argue your case. I would look no further and would certainly use this firm again if the needed, hopefully not needed. Benjamin on Avvo
